Our approach is centered around relationships, skill development, and sustainable structures. We blend psychology, social work practices, and organizational leadership research to create a custom plan to move you and your business towards flourishing.

Listen

Step one of our approach is to take the time to listen to your needs, frustrations, hopes, and goals. We will ask thoughtful questions, offer empathy, process through ideas, and explore areas for growth.

Identify

Once we have a broad understanding of your goals we will peel back more layers to identify the ways you excel as well as the gaps in process, training, awareness, or expectations within your team. 

Design

Having identified your strengths and structural needs, we will work with you to design a custom plan to move you and/or your business forward. We’re committed to direct communication and no-nonsense solutions to help you build a work culture that works for everyone and is sustainable for the long-term.

Integrate

With a strong strategy in place, we will walk alongside you as you begin to integrate your values and strengths into your day to day operations. We don’t believe that policy change or personal motivation alone are enough to shift culture–we’re strong advocates for developing people who are culture shifters.

Support

We won’t hand you a plan and leave you to run with it. We’re here to be a partner and support! This may include selections from our course or training offerings, connection to additional resources, or direct coaching or consulting as you implement changes.
